BUILDPLAN is me, John McGregor, "builder to the stars"as my mate's dad likes to say :) More than 30 years in the game, with a depth of building wisdom which can be harnessed by those who see value in detailed planning.

Within BUILDPLAN, I am the interpreter, translating between three basic states, the wants of the client, the visions of the architect, and the restraints of reality. Open dialogue between these states is the core asset I offer to you, the client, providing a fully mapped vision of the completed project.
